Whether you commute to work, are retired or have no commute at all as a busy remote teleworker, it can be easy to get caught up in the daily grind and neglect your physical health. But remember, movement is medicine!

Even if you juggle work responsibilities from the comfort of your home, it's important to prioritize your physical and mental well-being. Incorporating movement into your daily routine is key to feeling energy during your workday.

Add a stretch, walk, or even do a quick workout to keep your body and mind energized. Try keeping a commitment to move during zooms if your off camera!  Set your reminders to hydrate and set a new trend for yourself to go to bed at a decent hour to wake up refreshed each day.

Whether you're working towards a summer body or simply aiming to feeling better overall, consistency is key. Set realistic goals, prioritize self-care, and make physical activity a non-negotiable part of your daily routine of being focused, and balanced.
